Ten phone calls per day...great advice!!!

Amazing what ten phone calls per day can do for your business!  Here in College Station, TX I have a great broker that challenged me to make ten phone calls per day, and that if I do that, I will have all the business that I want.

I just got though calling a guy back that had called me about a week ago on one of my listings, to see what he thought of the place.  He was not too impressed with my "As Is" listing, which was fine because he mentioned that he was interested in another house in Bryan, TX.  So, now we are now scheduled to go see the house this Friday.  Also, while I was talking to him, he mentioned that he would need to sell his house as well.  All of this came because I was making my ten phone calls per day...great stuff!

Great Post and a reminder for me for '08---and the rest of '07---10 phone calls a day---not 40 i day, 20 the next, then too busy for 2-3 days, etc.
