Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I'm still learning. This lot is actually in Flood Zone C, which is at least 12 ft above sea level. Flood elevation certificates are not required when building in this location. I just learned all of this!!! I am actually closing this property next week, as a "Dual Agent" (Listing and Selling Agent) - my first closing on my own! It's been a real learning experience. Thanks for your comments.
