I received this important looking letter in the mail that started off with:

Request for Immediate Action - Time Sensitive Material Enclosed

WARNING: $2,000 FINE, 5 YEARS IMPRISONMENT, OR BOTH FOR ANY PERSON INTERFERING OR OBSTRUCTING WITH DELIVERY OF THIS LETTER. U.S. MAIL TTT.18 U.S. CODE

Have you figured out what this letter is all about yet? Guess we have to open it up to see that they are trying to sell us an extended warranty on one of our cars.

I hope you as a real estate professional do not stoop to gimmicks and tricks to get people to do business with you? I hope and pray all the sub prime real estate types have gone on chasing the dollars somewhere else. Maybe they are now pushing extended warranties!

Lets just give our clients good old fashioned customer service that everyone should receive from us. I know there are some who mistreat us but lets set the standard for quality service and those that cannot appreciate good quality service can go elsewhere.

I guess I am old fashioned but I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated!

By the way, I will not be buying an extended warranty from this company based on the deceptive practices I see going on.

It is sad when companies and individuals stoop to chicanery in the hopes of generating business.  

  That letter would go in the trash, and that company would go on my "never do business with these people" list.
