Hillsborough Real Estate Market Analysis

In Hillsborough NJ new listings continue to trend downward as expected during this time of the year,  The number of units back on the market reflects the higher than average number of listings that expired over the past few weeks and are now relisted.  Under contracts are the lowest they have been for the rolling 4 week period which will translate into lower solds in approximately 45 -60 days.

Thanks for reading the market report Teri.  Under contracts have fallen off somewhat translating into fewer solds.  I'm expecting the market to be slow until the end of January.

Hello Lisa!

Thank you for reading my most recent post on "Farming from the seat of my pants"

I wonder how you can get such great statistics for your blog! Great idea since we are alll supposed to be the area specialists!

We are way over in inventory on condos here in San Diego but today at our staff meeting our detached inventory is slowly decreasing...many of my listings went into rentals because of fire victims here so that is another reason we have less detached. Prices are still holding out here which is amazing. But who wouldn't want to live in San Diego. Even the foreign investors want more properties- for a price. Go figure!
