Great thank you Blanca.  I have posted it there.  It is a gorgeous and very large home.  It is in the perfect location.  Right in the Southport Corridor, very close to grocery, pharmacy, dining, shopping, nightlife, CTA trains and busses, and Wrigley Field. 

I appreciate your comments Blanca.  Most duplex condos in this area are not as large as this one, 2500sf, and typically only come with one parking space.  That's why this one is such a great deal.

Thank you so much Gena.  It is a gorgeous home and a great investment.  We have not received a formal offer just yet, but there has been good interest.  I believe now that the holidays have passed, the Chicago Real Estate Market is going to pick up again, just as it did right after Thanksgiving.  We should be receiving offers shortly.

It's a great home, and an unbeatable Chicago location.  Especially for a buyer looking for long term value, this is great.  Currently one lot over, new construction is being built for Fall 2007.  A very similar duplex with less square footage and only one parking space is priced at $759,000.  While that one will be brand new, you can see the potential for this home.  At this price, this Chicago condo in the hot Southport Corridor area will be receiving offers soon.
