Action PlanAll over ActiveRain, I hear people talking about we should plotting and planning how to make their business grow in 2008. What exactly should you be figuring into your plan for 2008?

First of all you have to define what a business plan is.  According to wikipedia, a business plan is a formal statement of a set of business goals, the reasons why they are believed attainable, and the plan for reaching those goals.

The details that you need to include in your 2008 business plan should be somewhat as follows:

  • Number of Sales and the Revenue generated by those sales
  • Miscellaneous income generate as a by-product of your work.
  • Expenses related to lead generation
  • How much you plan on spending to advertise each listing
  • Your other costs of being in business- Car, Office, Phones internet etc.

One thing we cannot afford to forget is Activerain!  I think each and everyone of us that dedicate a little time can make our blogs actually produce results for us.  I know it has for me in the form of a referral or two.
