Positive will breed positive, it's like wild fire!

I see so many negatives in our news media and in several posts. I feel we should all find the positives and it will breed like wild fire.

OK, I see the good stuff everyday, but you just don't here about it or I should say you don't here about it enough.I know there are several great stories out there and you guys are all keeping it inside. Please don't do that, you must get this stuff out for all to here and feel. I tell you it's a prov-en fact, think positive thoughts and it will happen, positives will take over your life. Positive will kick the negative right out of your path!

Forget the negative stuff, it will not get you anywhere. Think positive thoughts, do positive things, answer all those negative stories with a positive and you will be shocked. Then after a while it will happen, the negatives will be gone.

I think AR can start this off! Now give me some positive!

What have you as a Realtor seen as positive, lets here it I know it's out there! I seen the good stuff everyday!

Positive - I listed a home Nov 2 that ended up with 3 offers, 2 with financially qualified buyers and had a ratified contract within 25 days.

Positive - I wrote a deal in Oct. and lost it to a multiple offer situation. We're still looking.

Positive - Made an offer on a place this week and there was already an offer on the property. We headed to another property and there is a verbally accepted offer on that one. We'll have to move quickly if we want to play.

I'm telling you, the market is moving at a faster pace this time of year than the summer. The buyers are serious and the good deals might be out there, but the Internet savvy people are snatching them up! It's all good... (IMHO - all markets are local)....

Richard, like you I see positives every day. I think life is a choice we can choose for our cup to be half full or half empty. I like the half full cup myself. I have heard some people around here saying how bad our market is but I personally just don't see it. I'm as busy as I could want to be; I like to have a life also.

If you think negative thoughts...you exude negativity through your persona everyday! So instead, do the opposite!!!

And take it a step further, surround yourself with positive people in business and in life!
