Below you will find the Activity Report for the last 4 weeks for the South Orange County Area.  The area saw a drop in overall listings with an increase in overall closed escrows.  San Clemente lead the activity with this past week with most properties in escrow,57, most active properties on the market, 552, and most closed escrows, 51.  Another interesting note is that in the last 4 weeks we have seen an overall increase in the total amount of closed escrows starting the period with 145 and ending with 170.  There also was a decrease in the amount of active homes on the market as we started the period with 2479 and ended it with 2349.  These numbers are good news for sellers.  If you or someone you know needs to buy or sell a home, please do not hesitate to give me a call.
