I know this may sound silly but think about it for a while. When you sit in your office and you see people coming and going and putting up numbers on the board you have to wonder. I know I have thought about this for a while and I came to the conclusion that maybe it is the fact that they are showing up in the right place. They show up at the office and they show up at meetings but do all of us show up on the door step? I know, I for one really hate door knocking and probably prefer to mail, e-mail and stuff like that. I also like to talk to people when I am in a social setting or if I can stop a person long enough to listen to me. Ask anybody in my office and they will tell you I have no trouble talking to a complete stranger but I shutter at the thought of knocking on a door and introducing myself. Now I have been known to do this but I still quake in my loafers every time. So, now that I have thought about this even more, maybe all I have to do is to pick out 80% of the houses in my farm and just knock on those doors and not worry about the other 20% until next time! Hey, it could work.
