I am one of the faithful I recently analysed my production and realized I am making over 250 per hour at the open house not counting making the seller feel we are doing something other agents are not willing to do.

I love Open Houses.  It gives me a chance to not only market the home I'm selling, but I also get to meet with the public and find out what their likes and dislikes are.
