I suggest you change things up a bit. Do a "George Costanza" and do the opposite of what you are doing now! I often found that just a simple change in how I went about my day made all the difference in the world. Change your opening comment, listen in the back round for dogs or children. Get the people talking about something other than business. It makes them feel all cuddly inside! Keep the conversation going. Repore is a beautiful thing. Maybe the most important thing! GO GET EM!!!
