Goings and Comings
I'm going on a short trip this weekend with my kids and husband over to witness my new grand-daughter's baptism near Green Bay, WI.
I love getting away to see family, but there's always the mass preparation necessary for leaving work behind. (A few things on my list)
1. Notify your clients/co-agents in escrow or active house-hunting.
2. Get your listings covered with open houses.
3. Have a back-up person in place.
4. Make sure your advertising and marketing is in place in your absence and your paperwork is current.
5. Write some blog posts ahead and store them in DRAFT mode.
Things I'm thankful For:
1. Clouds (The server kind you can store paperwork on)
2. Email
3. Smart phones
4. Computers
5. Having a great team behind me.
Things I'm Thankful For When I Return:
1. Skype
It's great to see family, but it's awful hard to say goodbye again.
