I know many of you that stop by are from other states, so I'm always amazed that you actually DO get them! Progress Ridge Town Square
Progress Ridge Town Square is not just shopping, but is an ammenity that those living close by can enjoy. With it's anchors being New Seasons, Cinetopia Theatre and Big Als Bowling, it's also a great place to bring the family for entertainment. Not only that, but with local banks, a great coffee shop, and eateries, one can enjoy these daily. Living in West Linn, I get to enjoy two BJ Willy's Restaurants, and once there third location here is completed, so will these residents.
So how did I get to be here you ask? I was meeting out of state clients and Ava Roasteria was our daily starting and ending point. Nothing like signing an offer in a local coffee shop that is obviously used and enjoyed daily by the locals.
Even though Progress Ridge Town Square had a Beaverton address, it is right on the border of Tigard at the base of Bull Mountain as well as close to the Murrayhill area.The homes surrounding this are condos, townhomes and single family homes (mostly on Bull Mountain) ranging from $100,000 to mid $500,000's in price.
