Did you miss the bottom of the market in Sacramento?

The National Association of Realtors has posted that last month housing sales increased nationwide, but since I don't sell homes across the country, I just focus on my region here in Sacramento, CA and that's what is important to me. Our inventory levels have been down for several months which has put a great deal of pressure on pricing and has lead buyers agents to expect to compete with multiple offers on most properties. In addition, home builders are starting to put new product on the market because they also see the need to do this and they are selling new homes again! If you are waiting for the bottom of the market in the Sacramento region, you missed the announcement, because all signs show that we are on our way up again.
