Todays rates should be slightly higher, probably about .250 of a discount point up from yesterday! The bond market is down yet again and the stock markets are showing strong gains today. the dow is up 175 and the nasdaq up 58!

This morning the comerce department reported that big ticket item sales fell 0.4% last month while analysts expected no change. This is now three months in a row with orders falling.

I will post more as I read on and I will be more than happy to share this info with Active Rain!

Great Information.  Don't forget that now is the time to get your loan closed, in March both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have instituted Risk Based Pricing.
