My fellow Realtors I need your help. My wife and I are looking at downsizing and we need to get our home sold. I know that we are in a tough market but this home is priced $125k under what we have into the home. I have only had about 6 showings over two years. All of the comments are that the house is gorgeous. I think that some buyers want the 30 foot ceilings and the other ostentatious items you get in new construction. The quality of the finishes in the house are what you would find in a Million dollar + house. My wife is a professional kitchen/bath designer and if someone else had priced out the finishes we did to the house they would have spent well over $300k on them. My wife got some good prices from her supplier before she stopped working there but we are still $125k under what we have into the home. We have another baby on the way and my wife does not want to maintain this big of a house and actually wants to get a little bit closer to her family in Windsor. If you have any buyers for the house have them come through the open house this Sunday. The house absolutely sells itself.

How is your decision making process coming on whether to stay or go? My hunch is that a bunch of your collegues will soon be over here also. It is the ONLY place to be for a producer of your magnitude and influence. I would love to have someone like you here to Mastermind with and share ideas of how to increase each other's business. Missy, I know how tough a decision it is for your daughter. What she would love is how many great people are in our office and in the region and in the company. All of Remax's top agents are now at KW throughout the country. I have a whole laundry list of top Remax agents that have come over. If you need a broker to provide you leads and make you dependent on them...KW is not the place for you. If you want a company that will show you how to grow your business and take it to the next level...this is the place for you. I thought I was pretty good with 148 homes sold and 35 million in a year but I am itty bitty when it comes to the talent in this company. The best part is they are showing me how I can be a top producer if I want to be one. Please let me know if Christa and yourseld would like to have lunch and ask me any questions whatsoever.
