As a professional stager one of the fun parts of my job is working in so many diverse styles of homes.  In the past week we have staged a modern condo, a classic colonial, a mid-century modern rambler, a somewhat dated condo (with wallpaper and blue carpeting), and this super cool Seattle home.

Diana - There are some strong colours in this home, but your furnishings and artwork made it all work.  Love the artwork in the "green & purple" room - it really helped add balance.  Another great job by the Staging Sisters!

I just spoke with the real estate broker today and she told me we can remove the staging - the house closes on Tuesday and it had three offers :)

Maureen - Good eye!  This was actually a partially furnished home and we brough in about half the furniture you see.  The family moved out prior to putting the home on the market.  The colors throughout the house were fun to work with!

Peg - The architecture is fun.  I think the bench you are talking about is in the bedroom - Pier One :)
