You are doing a good job of getting the latest marketing stats out.  This is a good project.

Does this data actually reflect sales or is it just on line search activity.

If it is only on line search activity, is it all activity or does it represent unique users?  You know one or two people in a market can look at every home - nothing but time on their hands and really change the results.

John ... this reflects all visitors browsing our feature listings over a two week period.  It doesn't reflect searches of our MLS data base.  Although one or two people browsing hundreds of pages could skew this a little bit, the numbers are substantial enough to where we're confident of a reliabley accurate report.
