The Cedar City Real Estate Market includes the City of Enoch. Enoch is located about 5 miles north of Cedar City. Enoch has some wonderful newer subdivisions. The Gardens at Iron Mountain is one of the nice, new subdivisions in Enoch. These homes are built on .4 of an acre and are very nice.
When I first did the blog about this subdivision, there was only 1 home listed for sale. It was listed in $185,000 range. That was over a year ago. This is a subdivision of starter type homes. It hasn’t been completely built out, but there are no building lots currently listed for sale.
Market Update 2/23/2012: There are currently no homes listed for sale in the Multiple Listing Service. This has been a very stable subdivision in that in the past 12 months no homes have sold and there are still no building lots listed for sale.
