Recently the Canyon Creek Board solicited ideas for community improvements and some of the residents suggested an activity center. Many residents have discussed they would like to see an Activity Center built by the pool. Please see some plans where the footpad would be approximately 20' X 40' accomodating about 60 people. If you would like to see any other renderings, please email us at dillard@reloaustin.com.
The Activity Center could be utilized for meetings and get togethers for residents in the community. A prep area for food could be built with of course bathrooms. Or a more elaborate kitchen could be designed....keeping in mind anything is possible!
Canyon Creek residents....what are your thoughts? The board would like to know how you feel...is this something you want to embrace to add value to your living experience in the community?
