That's UP from a year earlier and for the past 3 years, the amount of neighborhood home sales activity has been inching upward off the low that happened in 2008.
The home sales activity in Charlotte's Olde Providence neighborhood is still lower than 2002-2007 but the decline in sales activity has stopped and the amount of neighborhood homes Sold has started to increase (slowly).
The average sales price for Olde Providence neighborhood homes in 2011 was $215,847 - down from a year ago and almost exactly between the 2005 and 2006 average sales prices.
