Good news may be coming soon. The Fed and the Bush Administration are doing what they can to keep the country from falling into the much feared recession [author shutters]. The US is trying to pull a deal together to help out in the subprime arena with banks and Bernanke has hinted to lower rates. Wall Street has acted very positively upon hearing the language.

Home owners, new home builders, and bankers will be holding tight to hear the outcome. The real estate struggles across the country may ease some with the right solutions.
