It is a challenging market and I truly appreciate the agents that show my listings and I especially appreciate their feedback.  One little thing that bugs me, however, is the number of agents who do not leave their business cards in the property. Yes, I know that all that information is sent to me through on-line reports, but the property owners don't instantly get those reports and would like to see who is in and out of their properties.  Of the 8 agents who have recently been through one of my listings, I got 2 business cards! Further, I find that the contact information in business cards is often more current than that provided by the multiple list service.  It just takes a second. I have been guilty of forgetting to bring my cards in to a property,  but I always try to run out to the car and get a card before I leave.

I completely agree.  Our clients like to see the cards as well.

Our lockboxes read who's been there, so I always contact the agents who didn't leave cards and ask them to send me one...puts them on the spot..but I figure do as you would have done...
