Hi, Jan,

I LOVE your new banner and the new photo is very pretty! Someone just suggested I use a picture of the beach instead of my photo... how funny is that!!!!! I guess the pic in the red jacket really shows my age or something. May not be a bad idea... maybe it will make people want to come buy property at the beach.

Can't believe these beautiful homes are going to auction. Wish I were there!!!

Jan E: THANK YOU! I think the picture of you is absolutely beautiful and if you change it, I'm coming to Panama City and kick your behind!! The ones going to auction was a builder who died this year soon after he discovered he had cancer. He had built 11 homes in Fairvue. It's such a tragedy...

Jan W. That is so sad about that builder. Have the homes sold? Do you know how much they brought at auction? I would love to have a big ole house like that in TN... don't forget to watch UT tomorrow... SEC championship game!

It's amazing how many homes are going to auction these days. I've seen some real bargains picked up by savvy buyers.

Dan and Jan E: The home on Plantation brought $635,000 plus the 10% is what I understand. The buyer got a deal. The other one was cancelled at the last minute. I don't know exactly what the story is there.
