No Longer a Millennium Gal, I am a Century Gal Now

I have some exciting news to share with you. At the end of each year, I review my business plans. However, with the drastic moves in the Real Estate Market this year I was anticipating that I might need to make significant changes in my business plans for the coming year. Through a well-timed opportunity and coincidental changes made by my former company, Millennium One realty, I was able to move to a new office and begin working with a very experienced partner. I am now working with Jeff Wettstein of Century 21 Beach View. I am a member of the Preferred Group, managed and directed by Jeff.

I am very excited about this move and the ways in which I can further improve on my goal of finding the right home for home buyers and making sure they have the most positive and memorable home buying experience.

I love the location of my new office and wanted to share with you the breathtaking and tranquilizing view.

This week has been a very exciting and busy week for me and I just noticed that with this post I will also achieve 100,000 points. A milestone that seemed so, so far and out of reach when I first joined this great community. Thank you Active Rain and all who have been reading and supporting my blogging adventure.

Dan, The location is just unbelievable. I have been told from a few agents that the sunsets are the best time to be there to work (relax and enjoy the view) and answer the walk-ins questions.

Jim, It is my husband's dream to move here. He loves to surf, and in the morning you can find a few surfers returning home from the ocean.

Jennifer, It was time for me to move. And I can truly say that God works in mysterious ways. I received a phone call from this friend/broker (Jeff) who was impressed with my online presence and wanted me to partner up with him. A day after that conversation I get an email from my broker that he is closing shop!!!!!

MANA: Congrats on reaching 100k points, and also on your new opportunity. I am an agent that works from home, but if I had that view, I might go into the office more. Good luck with everything.

Adam, I also work from home, but with this view I might just go to the office more often. In the summer my kids and husband have already told me that they would like to take advantage of the beach as much as possible. Thank you for your well wishes.

Mana, congratulations on the move to Century 21 -- best of success for the rest of this year and 2008! Love the view. I've got a better view from my home office sixteen floors up in our highrise condo than the view from our second floor office a few miles away. That's why I mostly work from home.
