Yesterday I had some business downtown so on the way back I decided to stop by Newport Lofts since construction was just completed not to long ago. I met with the onsite agent who gave me the guided tour. The first floor still has some construction going on, as their first retail tenant is moving into the building. Residents have already starting moving in as well. Parking is located on floors 2 through 6 and the entrance is around the corner of the building, just off camera.

There are still some units left available, including the model that I was able to take a tour of. The building offers some pretty dramatic views of downtown, the strip and the surrounding mountains.

All of the community amenities are located on the rooftop, including a pool, spa, clubhouse with billiards, kitchen and movie area, plus a running track around the edge of the building. There is also a fitness center with mens and womens showers. The clubhouse can be rented out by residents for private parties as well.
