Little things mean a lot. Give your home
personality with touches like floral arrangements,
plants, candles and artwork. Visit flea markets
and yard sales for unique items that can be

I concur with the suggestions you mentioned. Personally, at my home, I have utilized the painting and lighting suggestions and have seen tremendous improvements with little out of pocket expense. The paint and lighting in a room can really change the entire persona of a room. In my formal living and family rooms, I added recessed lighting in the ceiling and repainted the walls with warm neutral colors. My friends and family cannot believe how different these rooms look. Even my old furniture looks fresh, because of the different lighting and wall colors. My next inexpensive project will be to change out my plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures in the bathrooms. I already know these minor, inexpensive, changes will really change the feel of the bathrooms.
