For all of those who don't believe that active rain works, I am here to tell you that it does.  It only takes a few moments to share information with the group and the rest of the world via the world wide web, for that matter.  I received a call this week from a gentleman who said he had been calling all around trying to refinance, as his ARM adjusted back in April and he fell behind.  He came across my blog that I wrote right here at Active Rain, on the FHA Secure information and decided to call me.  I have taken his application and have forwarded it to the appropriate lender.  So, for all of the newbies, I'm still a newbie too....only been a member for about 2 weeks.  However, I believe that the champions in business rise to the occassion and add value.  That is my committment as a part of this network.  Just a little something to consider.  Good luck to all of you in your endeavors, I'm sure there are many more testimonials just like mine.  I'd love to hear about other's success'.
