8x8s and 33 Touches- for free

I purchased Top Producer today. I have used it in the past and I got it to begin my 8x8s again and 33 Touches.

As a new realtor, I don't have the deepest pockets. Due to supplies and postage costs, I had pretty much stopped the 8x8s and 33 touches. The most I did was post bulletins for my friends on myspace on both my personal and work accounts... and sent texts for "Happy Thanksgiving"

Tony Dicello's conference really re-energized me and there were a lot of suggestions on "free" touches. Emails and calls are two items I will focus on.

He also reminded us that people don't care about color and card stock- they care about the information contained. So, I'm going to start using the 1000 free copies/month I get at Keller Williams and get back to doing my door to door with black and white copies of listings or of my targeted listing.

I've been using Lowe's FREE Realtor Program to send out free coupons and magazines- they look SO GREAT!

Are there any other suggestions for getting your 8x8s and 33 touches for free?

what exactly is the "8x8s and 33 touches" thing? also, i would like to know about the Lowes Free realtor mailings too...

Basically, at KW, we're trained to make sure that the people we meet- when the time comes and they need a realtor- they will call only you. Because you have come in contact with them at least 33 times in a year. It's KW's lead generation system outlined in the book: Millionaire Real Estate Agent. 8x8 is contacting them 8 times for 8 weeks. Contact can include a CMA, a call, sending them a thank you card, a just listed card, etc. Anything so that you're constantly in their mind and they know you are thinking of them and care about them.

Top Producer works well for 8x8s and 33 touches and much more.Drip emails always work good as long as you are consistent, another reason to use software like Top Producer or one that makes it easy to touch a large database.
