Wtih my daughter, she is 4 and loves to go the library.  My wife and I are big readers and she loves to read.  So, the library is one of her favorite places to go.  So, we head there often.  She will grab as many books as they will let her and she loves to take them to school to share with her friends. 

One of my goals for 2008 was to read up toi 10 hours or more a week and watch less TV.  Make that one of your goals and you will be amazed at what you will learn.  I just do not read industry type materials, but sports and other books as well.  Keep learning and soon you will be the smartest person that you will know.  I know I am.  Well, outside of my wife.  Oh, she is the smarted person I know.  I could try to tell you how smart she is, but all you will ask is why did she marry me. 

Well, she asks herself that each and every day. 

BTW, she has her Fellowship in Acturial Sciences (basically her doctorate in Mathmatics but on steroids).

Yeah, I love her.  She makes the best spreadsheets.
