I'm sorry but the Salt Lake rent to own home in Kearns UT is no longer available. I am attaching other homes in the Salt Lake Valley that can be purchased in the same way.
I noticed that the House in kearns was a 5 or 6 bedroom home so these may not be acceptable. Also the location may not be what you are looking for. The only homes available for lease option or rent to own were in West Jordan, Midvale UT, Murray Utah and South Salt Lake.
