Very, very cute and cats really can be both smart and intimidating  I am glad that she has your home to guard.

She's the RULER of the house!  I have 2 chocolate labs who do that for us...gotta love your pets!  I hope you buy her extra treats for being such an intimidator all day.  (she looks like my son's webkin "Hank" whom he loves dearly!)

Very cute!  One night as I was watching tv a police helicopter swept a light down the side & back of my house, twice.  As I was sitting there wondering what I would do if someone broke in it occurred to me that the meanest ones in the house were our pet rabbit and a biting hamster!  I was laughing at that picture, me, a hamster & an attack rabbit taking on the "bad guys".  Luckily I heard sirens a street up from me about a half hour later, so I figured they found who they were looking for. 

Hi Elaine:  Yes she is.  If you tippy-toe up to the window very close, and do your best not to set off the kitty, you can hear the hissing and see the smoke coming out of Mollie's ears.  Nah.  Mollie is a sweetie... just sitting ther every morning watching me leave.  Then she goes back to bed and gets under the covers... hoping that the "warm spot" is still there.  LOL.  Thanks for your comment...

Hi Chris:  Well, if you ask me, a hamster and an attack rabbit are much more intimidating than a sweet, purring Mollie Cat.  But I can just picture the three of you... fighting off the "bad guys"... keeping the neighborhood safe.  You Go, Girl !  Thanks for sharing your cute story with us, Chris.  Take care...

Karen, I was going to discuss it with Bella, but she is fast asleep with Roger on our bed. I think she is dreaming her usual dream of  cat & mouse. In her dream the mouse always wins...if  you get my drift.... All I can say is it's a good thing for Ms Miss Molly that she's in the Lonestar state.... Bella does not take to kindly to Bullycats... LOL!

As you requested, I e-mailed you a photo of my cats.  Let me know what you think.  I am convinced Mollie looks just like my "Gypsy".

Hi Ginger:  Well tell Bella not to worry.  All Mollie usually have to do is just raise her eyebrow, and most other cats and dogs just jump right into line.  And since I told Mollie that Bella is your dog... Mollie has given Bella a free pass.  Take care...

Ginger: With Mollie, just about anything is possible.  Now if I could only get my Visa card back from her.  She's quite the shopper, you know.

How funny!!!  Actually, she looks like a beautiful cat.  A BIG one on top of that.  Does she really hiss at people? 

Sondra:  Yes, she is very ferocious.  She rolls over onto her back, sticks her feet out at outward angles, and meows until you scratch her tummy.  Very Scary, don't you think ?  Mollie says she appreciates your saying she is beautiful.  Take care, Sondra...

There was a cat here in CT who would attack the mail carrier so they refused to deliver.  Eventually there was a lawsuit or something and the cat was on death row... I think the cat got a pardon but I don't remember all the details.

Karen Anne- Molly sounds like quite a character! I am so glad you have her to keep the peace and keep you safe from harm. My heart will rest easier for the knowing...:.)

Vanessa:  Yes... a PeaceCat she is.  I feel so safe.  Vanessa... what a cute comment.  You made me smile.  By the way, if you ever get a situation where you feel your personal safety is at risk, Mollie just told me she is available for "road gigs."  I would have to drive her up, as she does not like to fly... but you are only a long one day drive for me. 

When I drive to Washington... or as I did to Reston, Virginia last August, one of the Brentwood exits is exactly half-way.  I usually stay at the Red Roof Inn on Donelson Pike.  Last time, I wanted some munchies to eat on the road when I was leaving that Red Roof, and was looking for a grocery store.  I had to back track up Donelson, take a right, and then another right to find the Kroger to stock up for the drive back to Fort Worth.  Take care... be well...

Karen, too cute! She is a very pretty girl, we have three cats but being that they are Ragdolls they pretty much would roll over and invite any intruder to scratch their bellies! Basil however is more content to sun bathe than stand guard...see  below.
