On the market for 7 months, then staged & SOLD in Portland Oregon - Before & Afters

Maureen, you have worked your "magic" again! You are so correct that even the homes in the lower price brackets need staging to stand out and be noticed. Our market is especially flooded with homes in this price point and the owners are often the least able financially to carry a vacant for an indefinite period of time.

Carole ~ Coming from you, I consider that a supreme compliment -- thank you! I'm not trained in Feng Shui but I've always been able to "feel" if the room is right. Does that make sense? I'd like to know much more so that I can be more purposeful about it when I'm working.

Congrats! The rooms look beautiful, warm and inviting... its no wonder it sold in 8 days. I too loved the fern in the shower and was wondering how you got it to stay, but Fernando beat me to the question. Love to see your rooms... keep 'em coming!

I think I've told you this before . . . when I grow up, I want to be JUST LIKE YOU! Awesome, girl, I am so sorry I missed this post earlier.

So, you will be attending the Atlanta SIF Round Table, right? Thought you could be our guest speaker! There is a travel allowance -- transportation from my house to and from the RT; also includes all the martini's and bailey's Irish cremes you can consume, my couch w/ comforters for evening retirement, and 2 scrambled eggs, your choice of bacon, sausage, or ham (with juice, of course) and a bottomless cup of coffee! (not to mention my good company!)

Well, I would love to attend the ATL RT, thank you for your gracious invitation....but it's just a couple days after our first RT in Portland. Nice before & afters. I just used the same print you have in the bath in a home I just completed. Looks Great in the bath too!!

Thanks Michele ~ isn't it amazing how many of us have similar items that we use in different ways? This print has had several reincarnations in various rooms of homes I've staged. In this case, I wanted to bring some black into the bathroom and used a black towel and the black in the print to do that.
