Let it snow...

Just in time for the Holidays!  The snow is falling in the San Juan Mountains.  We are expected to get over 5 feet at the ski resort!!  We need it.  It has been beautiful here, but I'm ready for winter activities.  The summer was really slow here, but the buyers are coming out like crazy right now.  Time to get in while you can.  The market is looking like it will pick up in the second quarter of 2008.  Get your game face on....I think this is going to be a busy winter!!
