That is quite and inventory.  OUCH!!!

With that kind of inventory, I would expect agents to be getting jobs and prices to drop dramatically.

Looks like the rental market is fairly strong.... too bad the resale market doesn't follow suit.

Susan:  I love to have something to show a renter when I say the "market is hot" or a seller when I say the "market is not".  It's easy to prove I am not selling snake oil :wink:

Kris:  Thanks dahlin for stopping by as always!

Neal:  YUP and then I  watermark it in batch watermark creator.  There is always a thief out there looking for the goodies!

Lenn:  Prices are dropping dramatically!  Don't forget I do rentals too so I won't have to be one of those agents getting a job!

Daniel:  I think it will shortly.  Prices are dropping.  An auction tomorrow, two next weekend.  Buyers are flying through this town snatching up bargains right now.  One of my listings (not REO or short sale) is priced properly and we had three showings today!
