I want to make sure you are aware that the DeSoto market is considered eligible for the USDA Rural Development loan program. This is income sensitive as well as location specific. I have seen home prices as high as $350,000 qualify as a family of 6 can make up to $91,000 and still qualify by income. This program is 100% with no PMI.
