If I Were President

If I were President, the first thing I would do is take a shower.
If I were President, I would eat ice cream.
If I were President, I would travel to Germany.
If I were President, I would have a pet dog named Emma.
If I were President, I would pass a law that you wear helmets on bikes.
If I were President, I would help people I know.

Thank you Mimi! Yes, I remember ... but thank goodness ice cream hasn't lost any of its healing powers over the years, it can still cure a lot of things :-)

Hi Harry, I just loved it! Of course we had to clarify taking a shower "Well, before I start my work every day the first thing I would do is take a shower!"

Hi Mona, I was thinking ahead 10 years when she no doubt will say "mom, how could you?"! She would probably enact a law that everyone must a wear a pink helmet ;-)

Andrea, I'll vote for your daughter because she's so cute and she's thoughtful. A shower first? She knows politics gets you dirty. And yes...ice cream and pizza for everyone. They're my favorites, also. And no one wants to fight if they're enjoying ice cream.

Do those pig tails stay up? I'm a quite fond of both pig and pony tails on young ladies.

Hi Lloyd: Your comment made me laugh out loud! Those pig tails did stay up. Rockburn Elementary School has an annual Crazy Hair Day .. I used wire to hold them in place and it worked like a charm, all day ... but shhh it's a little secret.
