It was a VERY long week and I decided to take my kids out for support last night; we were all way over-due for some Great Wall Chinese and so we headed out for our "Night on the Town".

Afterwards we decided to stop by Walmart because I like to have "Extra Gifts" for that just incase situation and I hadn't had the chance to walk down the gift set isle yet, so ... that's what we set out to do.

WOW! That is my first reaction ... I feel like I hit the JackPOT this year!

They had these adorable tins (which I intend to reuse):

  • One had Egg-Nog Hot Cocoa in it
  • The other was Ginger Bread Cookie Cocoa

(Okay --- Those are for my house lol but guests will get to enjoy these incredible cocoa's. The tins have the nice latches and will be great for storing all kinds of things (Recycle in style I always say).

I found these "Shampoo & Body Soap" Sets and OMG they look just like motor oil lol .... perfect for the teen boy on anyone's list! I also got little lip-balms that are in cans of soda (7Up, Dr. Pepper Etc...) - very cute and perfect for a girl (teen or preteen). I could go on and on but I just had to post that for $4.88; these kits are just the best thing ever!!! They even had JACK DANIELS and SOUTHER COMFORT Coffee's lol; too cute!

They make great "Incase" gifts and regular gifts or even stocking stuffers for that matter. I mean why pay more when you can get it for so much less. I only bought 10 or so, but I could have gone further (but the kids were ready to go home). They had coffee sets, T-sets, Cookies, Candies, Chocolates and what I call "Fuu-Fuu" sets of colognes and perfumes. They ranged from $2.88 up to $30.00, so there sure is alot that can be done without having to charge it!

Anyway .. hope you're finding bargains and cool discoveries as you complete your holiday shopping this season.

YW Rita.

I will probably go back for more over the weeks leading up to the big day -- and will be grabbing more of the cocoa's... that Ginger Bread Cookie Hot Cocoa is out of this world!!! My husband and daughter loved the Egg-Nogg Cocoa too.

I usually avoid "Perfumes" because you just never know if someone else is going to smell the same thing that you do but I did break down and buy one that came with a hot pink little fuzzy bear and a small spray bottle of "Baby Soft" cologne (for girls). That's always been a very delicate scent and I don't think any teen/pre-teen would find it offensive.

Another thing I grabbed just to have in my house are those Diffuser's; $4.99 --- I've always wanted to try these but wasn't willing to pay $20 or more for them so when I saw these I grabbed 2. My house smells like Vanilla Cream :).

They also had Bailey's Non-Alcoholic Chocolates --- had to get 2 for laying out on Christmas :).

Okay sorry ... didn't mean to go on-and-on :)

Have Fun Rita!
