13 Comments on Going, Going Gone...Vanishing Inventory
Mona: That is such wonderful news. I am sure it is only going to get even better, too. All of that pent-up demand is finally bubbling over... and of course, when that happens, everybody wins ! How cool is that !
Yaaaaay angels! WOOOHOO! :) Good luck and blessings, Mona!
This is great news, Mona, and a really good post. And what is happening is that Sellers are not listing right now, and we have the lowest inventory since 2005.
Hi Karen Anne, everyone winning? Isn't that socialist thinking? lol. You can only tell Americans how bad things are for so long...then they wake up and look around for themselves.
Laura, it's news worthy of a party...isn't it?
Hi Mimi, that is good news for your area. Lowest inventory since 2005? It's time to make a living again.
Okay, Miss Smarty: Everybody wins but Rick Perry and Michelle O'Bachmann. There! Is that better ? LOL.
Mona yes there is a noticeable shift, I had 2 offers this week on a listing that had been sitting around.
There are more buyers that inventory here in S. Florida, with a price point of $300k and less. Move here and with hard work you can become successful.
Mona, yes, sometimes I wonder where the inventory went! It's different out there! But the thing is it's the homes that are showing nicely and are priced right that are selling ... Unfortunately, it will take awhile for some sellers to catch on to that!
Mona: Great news. The market is shifting. I have a few sellers who are taking their time getting their houses ready. Let's hope the buyers continue to be there.
This is great news Mona...........lets hope it continues in this direction.
Kevin, indeed that is good news and I hope you are enjoying success from the new trend.
Karen Anne, well...I can think of a few others, lol. And thanks for being my watch-puppy. I'm sure Kevin didn't know about linking like that.
Jennifer, that is good news too...I hope one of them turns into a great contract for you.
Winston, that's the part people forget! Work hard to become successful.
Andrea, guess those sellers who aren't willing to get with the program of being on the team for successful marketing will just have to own their homes for a while.
Anne, this is true and let's hope we continue to have mortgage brokers who keep being creative in a positive way.
Roger...don't you know it? Fingers crossed and nose to the grindstone to keep it this way.
That's great news but I'm especially happy you added the fourth paragraph just in case sellers start to become stubborn prematurely.
Oh yeah Jill...like they'll listen to me, lol.
