Nice idea for Market updates. How about a 150,000 3 bedroom home on 2 acres for one of your buyers only a 2 hour flight daily.

MARTIN: Yes, I created these pie graphs by taking the data from the MLS and using Excel to create graphs and charts. Thanks for your comments. As I mentioned in my previous comment, I wrote a tutorial on graph creation several months ago.
