Thanks for stoppin by, as always. To answer your question, No, back in 2001 there were 12 homes sold in the town of Hillsdale and that number has steadily decreased to this year. However, the average price of homes sold in 01' in Hillsdale was $345,000. This is an exercise I may have to go through for all of the Pascack Valley towns at the end of the year.
