REAL ESTATE BUYING DUCKS ARE QUACKING

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with people first...then business Ran Right Realty 636943 licensed to thrill

It's an election year where lies come and go and everyone makes promises that are too good to be true.. One thing holds up right now and that is interest rates are historically low and property is priced at market value or below. The famous first half of the statement "buy low and sell high" is upon us. Literally, MAKE YOUR MOVE

BUY BUY not  BYE BYE

There will people for some reason or another that will wait to the last minute and try to jump in. Why? Get your self a good buyers agent and start the selection process on either your starter home or a good investment property.

CHANGES WILL BE COMING

In a few short years from now and perhaps even next year, changes will be coming into the Real Estate market that will bring balance and stability. Right now you can purchase a home in an indisputable BUYERS MARKET and be happy that you did. Today, you get what you paid for. No doubt about it either

I DID or... I SHOULD HAVE?

Will you be among the lucky ones that did ?      or..... will you be one of the ones that said I should have?

Richie, there's no telling when interest rates may start to go up. There are many choices out there for those who want to buy.

Richie, I am working with a buyer right now. His interest rate is 3.25% on a 15-year mortgage. Can't think of a better reason to buy now than a rate like that.
