Maui Vacant Land for Sale, HI - Peahi Farms market update

Meanwhile, back at Peahi Farms on Maui's north shore, things are progressing nicely.  As you can see, they are already mowing the grass in this 170 acre subdivision, and baling it up just like on the mainland.  This is the first time on Maui I have ever seen round hay bales!   A Brokers Open was held on November 29th 2007 for agents to come and admire the newly paved roads, and see the vacant lots again.  Food and drinks were served, and the evening was very pleasant, with a nice sunset.  One of the developers, Garth Everhart was on hand to speak with anyone who had questions.  A fair amount of agents showed up and some even walked over to the ocean cliffs for a peek at the properties for sale and the magnificent ocean views.

Around the central "farm" are 15 lots ranging from 2.69 acres to 9.2 acres, and prices upwards of $1.3M.  Lot 5 is the most expensive lot at $2,995,000. for 4.33 acres of oceanfront Maui real estate.  This lot is the most prominent, and juts out into the Pacific Ocean for the best panoramic views. Two of the estates are going ahead with build-out by the award winning firm of Peter Vincent and Associates.  Lot 2 and Lot 12 have been designated to lead the way in setting the standard for quality design and ecological responsibility.  This firm will also review future home designs to ensure aesthetic integrity.

These prime oceanfront Maui lots are in the high price range for Haiku, and will appeal to those who want to be a part of this newest and most exclusive North Shore oceanfront community.  The first lot sold in October 2007, for $1.2M, which marked an important milestone for the developers.  At the low end of the Haiku vacant land scale, 2 acre parcels are selling for $475,000.
