Meanwhile, back at Peahi Farms on Maui's north shore, things are progressing nicely. A Brokers Open was held on November 29th 2007 for agents to come and admire the newly paved roads, and see the vacant lots again. This firm will also review future home designs to ensure aesthetic integrity.
These prime oceanfront Maui lots are in the high price range for Haiku, and will appeal to those who want to be a part of this newest and most exclusive North Shore oceanfront community. The first lot sold in October 2007, for $1.2M, which marked an important milestone for the developers. At the low end of the Haiku vacant land scale, 2 acre parcels are selling for $475,000.
