Market down? Not really in Pennridge (Perkasie, Sellersville, Hilltown, Bedminster, East and west Rockhill. Silverdale)
In 2007 there were 271 homes listed, 102 went under contract and 134 were sold. The average sale price was $320,403 with the average days on market being 69.
In 2006 for the same townships and dates, there were 285 homes listed, 136 went under contract and 146 were sold. The average sale price was $316,885 and the average days on market was 70.
Over all, yes a few less homes were sold (which I still believe is negative press) but the average sale price actually went up a tiny bit, not down. And the average days on market also went down by a day. These statistics shown below are directly out of Trendmls.com and are for residential (not including multis, lots or farms)
