Frederick County Maryland Million Dollar Homes

Currently Frederick MD Real Estate has 30 homes that are priced at $1,000,000 or greater. In addition there are 27 properties under the land selection which are greater than $1 Million. A few are repeated on both the residential and land.

These million dollar listings are everything from luxury townhouses in downtown Frederick city, a penthouse condo, farms and homes with over 8,000 sq ft. The highest priced current residential listing is a $4 million dollars historic 1861 home on 13+ acres.

So far in 2007, 11 residential properties sold for a million dollars plus. The highest sold being a 735 acre farm for $5.4 million.

In 2006, 26 sold, 2005 had 12, 2004 had 10, 2003 had 2, 2002 had 3, 2001 had 1, and 2000 had 2.
