Cindy, Last weekend was like that for us.  7 of 10 listings had showings or showing scheduling attempted.  This week, just a couple.  Strange cycle up and down.

Cindy, we are seeing lots of houses being grabbed up quickly here in the Lafayette area.  We ended 2011 in West Lafayette with a 3 month supply of homes.  How much of this is the MILD winter, or has the market turned or both???

Yep... I am experiencing the same thing. There are so few houses on the market in my market, that if a house is listed at or near market the showings are blowing up.
