I am fortunate to be a guest and an occational back up host for ALL ABOUT REAL ESTATE a live radio show here in Baltimore.  Sorry it is soooo early for you west coast guys. Randy, You have a good voice.   Thank you so much for the call in. You really "floored" Dave when he saw a caller from Hawaii. Thought it was a joke as he figured out the time difference.  Interesting discussion about coordinated broker opens that you are heading up in Hawaii. Breaking the tours into regions is something I would like to hear more about. Yep, I am looking forward to reading your future post.

Margaret - Thank you, I knew you would not expect a call from Hawaii.  The funny part was just before I went on he mentioned something about where the listeners were whether they were from Hawaii, etc for the guy who does the PDA phone seminar. 

I will post our brokers open schedule and details in the next day or so.
