Vail Valley Real Estate Weekly Under Contract Update 2/24-3/1, 2012
New sales in Eagle County over the last week:
- 6 sales under $500k
- 5 sales $500k-$1m
- 5 sales over $1m
Well, half the number of properties went under contract this last week, sixteen, compared 30 properties the prior week. Could it be that the big snowfall we had this last week kept people on the slopes and away from looking at property?
Though the numbers were down a bit, it's nice to see so many luxury homes under contract between Edwards and Vail.
