I have a favorite place to go in Virginia where I can rest, enjoy nature, take pictures, stay overnight, travel beautiful highways with wonderful overlooks and more. It is the Shenandoah National Park. We who live in Virginia and/or are traveling to Virginia are so blessed to be able to enjoy such a fantastic National Park.

For those who might be contemplating a first time trip to Shenandoah National Park and/or would like to return for a visit, simply follow this link to the Website: Shenandoah National Park - Vacations, Camping, Hiking in Virginia.

By the way, I live just an hour from this magnificient park and never get tired of seeing it again and again and again.

David,  We never grow tired of our favorite places.  I have one too ... about an hour away from my home. It's where I go to truly be one with nature; to relax; recharge; and connect.  Those special places just seem to call to us - don't they? I like your header graphic photo too!
