3 Comments on Gas prices takes business away from local merchants
A lot of business suffers with high gas. Even us agents in Florence Oregon on the coast. People don't come to see what we have when gas is high.
Hella - This is very interesting, but it is true. Higher gas prices takes away business from other merchants.
Rob: It certainly cuts down on tourism, people who would normally take a drive on weekends or holidays.
John: Gas certainly leaves a lot less money for other items. We need food, and even that is higher since delivery of it to stores is higher.
